We believe that by helping our team succeed in the childcare field, everyone benefits. Happy House has provided funds for several of our staff to complete the CDA program. Let us know how we can help you succeed at Happy House.

Natural Play is not something the average caregiver usually learns during their time in the childcare field. It is a specialized way of interacting and teaching children and we love watch new team members discover the benefits of it right along with the children!

Work/Life balance is not always easy. We do our best to work with each team member's schedule needs such as school and family obligations. Part time, Full time and contingent schedules are offered for this reason.

Happy House wants to ensure that all of our team have the personal time they need. For this reason we strive to ensure our staff are able to complete state required training during the normal work day rather then off hours. We are constantly offering suggestions on low/no cost trainings that can be completed during down time.

We love to share our knowledge as well as learn from each other.  All  staff are encouraged to help support each other whether it is on the job training or mentoring a new team member. Questions and suggestions are always welcome.
